About Your Stay
Checking In: The director’s room and office are on your left as you enter Trumbull Manor. Your room location will be given to you upon arrival.Payments: We accept personal checks made out to “Trumbull Manor.” For special payment arrangements, please speak the reservations Office in advance at (415) 320-0222. If you are able to donate an extra amount to assist others in attending workshops or retreats at Trumbull Manor, your generosity will be greatly appreciated.

Baby Care/Laundry: There is a microwave oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board located on the third floor. Highchairs can be provided in the Dining Room and a baby monitor is available in the director’s office for general use. For individual use, you may want to bring your own.
Housekeeping: Every room has sheets and two pillows on the bed, towels and an extra blanket in the closet. Cleaning times will be posted for the building you are using, during which time the rooms should not be occupied.

Food & Service: The three scheduled meals are served family style, with the help of waitresses. To help our hospitality staff, please arrive promptly for meals and limit meal times to 35 minutes. Please give the indications to the director so that the kitchen can be informed. A snack is served outside the dining room each evening and coffee is available for early risers. We ask that no food items be stored in the bedrooms.

Books: Books for sale can be found in the hall on the way to the dining room. Cash or checks made out to “Trumbull Manor” can be placed in the payment box. There is also a lending library which you may use for the length of the activity.

If financial assistance is needed to attend a retreat, please contact the appropriate above address to arrange a reduced rate or payment plan.

Optional contributions to help sustain Trumbull Manor, over and above the fee for the retreat, may be made payable to: Trumbull Manor Development Office. Contributions to Trumbull Manor are tax deductible.
