Friends of Trumbull is a volunteer group that supports the activities organized at Trumbull Manor. Under the auspices of Trumbull Manor Inc., the Friends of Trumbull host fundraisers for the preservation of the building, promote the activities of the Conference Center among friends and family, and volunteer in various ways to sustain the vitality of Trumbull Manor as an important contributor to the Community.
Thank your for all your prayers, time and support.
Dear Friends of Trumbull Manor,
As we approach the end of the year, we would like to thank you for your generous support of Trumbull Manor Conference Center. Your contribution enables Trumbull Manor to fulfill its mission of enriching the lives of men and women, young and old, spiritually, culturally, and intellectually. In 2017, over 70 activities were held at Trumbull and these included retreats, days and evenings of recollection, conferences, workshops, and a leadership seminar for high school youth. The benefits of these activities continue to go far beyond those who attend by bringing back resolutions and inspirations that improve both their lives and the lives of those around them.
Your donations have allowed Trumbull to proceed with ongoing essential maintenance, including installation of a storm window to prevent rain from leaking into the chapel, replacement of the water heater in the cottage, and replacement of the exterior decorative shutters, to name a few. In addition, the Shrine to Our Lady in the courtyard was completed, and was blessed in May at a small gathering of some donors.
None of this work is possible without the generosity of the supporters of Trumbull Manor!
The Trumbull Manor Board of Directors would like to ask you to again consider making a donation. An ongoing contribution or a one-time donation would be much appreciated. Every gift counts and no donation is too small.
The fees charged for activities at Trumbull only cover the bare minimum of upkeep and operating costs of this lovely historic mansion. In 2018, we anticipate completing a small apartment for the priest, to enable him to stay on the premises, and not commute, during activities for women. The plans have been approved by the city of Novato and we hope to proceed with construction in the near future. Trumbull also needs your help to accomplish our goal of subsidizing activity fees for those unable to afford the full cost.
Trumbull Manor is owned and operated by Trumbull Manor, Inc., which is a 501 c (3) nonprofit corporation and your contributions are fully tax deductible.
As always, we also ask for your prayers so that all of the activities at Trumbull Manor continue to benefit those who participate.
